Customer Service Focused Sales Associate



Must Haves:


- 1-2 years experience with Customer Service / Sales

- Great Phone Presence

- Needs to have own vehicle, no public trans

Nice to Have:


- Call center experience

- Long term Customer Service / Sales

Day to Day:

Will be working in a call center taking INBOUND calls for sales. MUST have sales experience, preferably within a call center environment. Our Client supplies tech support and these sales reps will be taking live leads that call in looking to sign up for their services. They will also be re-routing calls that were sent to the wrong place, so they need customer service skills also. Technician will be working to sell client services and set up appointments for remote technicians with consumers. Will be dealing with new or already active customers that call in.
