Telecommunication Analyst Intermediate: Rehab. Care Group

RehabCare one of the nation’s largest managers of hospital based physical rehabilitation services, has an opportunity for a Telecommunications Analyst Intermediate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, support and administration of corporate telecommunications services, including voice and data utilizing terrestrial and wireless mediums, to support corporate communications. This includes the provisioning, review and management of all telecommunications systems and services for the corporation. Primary include the daily support and operational review of existing voice and data communications systems following established standards and procedures while adhering to strict change management guidelines.

The Telecommunication Analyst Intermediate candidates must perform the following

• Place new, service changes, and disconnect orders with RehabCare’s telephony, telecommunications, and broad band providers.
• Review current voice and data communication invoices for accuracy and investigate opportunities for cost reductions and savings.
• Manage telephony and data communications contracts and review prior to expiration or automatic renewal.
• Assist with the design and implementation of new telephone systems and services at RehabCare hospitals and offices.
• Performs feasibility studies and cost estimates in response to user requests.
• Provide leadership and guidance on technical projects.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise of current applicable telecommunications technology, industry strategies and technology evolutionary cycles/plans.

• BS or BA degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field or relevant industry certifications
• Three to Five years experience in the telecommunication field with at least two years in provisioning and/or wireless support role of relevant technology.
• Good problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, enjoy working independently, in a team environment
