The Embedded & Emerging Markets group focuses on sales to embedded applications in many markets including medical, military, industrial and consumer-product market segments where a compute engine is embedded within the device.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Regional Sales Manager will be an experienced sales executive with a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of OEM technology sales, ideally in the embedded market, and a strong track record of success in the Western US region.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
· Exceeding revenue quota in the territory
· Forecasting
· Following sales and reporting processes
· Managing territory activity with channel partners
· Preparation and presentation of sales proposals
· Understanding and communicating information about company products, services, policies and procedures.
· Gathering of information on competition and industry and business climate within the region
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to promote and develop business, have effective communication and writing skills and superior selling skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 10+ years relevant sales experience
· Verifiable history of quota attainment
· Embedded computing market experience
· Technical competence in PC architectures
· Bachelor’s Degree
