RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and direct the ISO 9002 quality system Ensure product quality thru the use of problem solving tools and statistical process control To promote a culture oriented to achieve customer satisfaction Establish and implement procedures and specifications for product quality Ensure proper quality department traceability Visit customers domestic and abroad as a result of quality problems Implement and sustain preventive and corrective actions for customer complains Work to build world class quality facility thru all areas of the plant, employee relations, housekeeping, safety and compliance to standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor science degree - Problem solving tools - Automotive background - Quality systems and ISO knowledge - Glass experience - 5 years of supervisory experience - Six Sigma
