Requirements:

• Strong selling and negotiation skills required
• Minimum of 3 years Agency Recruiting required; Permanent Placement preferred
• Corporate recruiting with emphasis on “recruiting” background are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in: MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook Pro experience is a MUST
• Previous experience working with candidate tracking systems is a big plus
• Positive attitude, money motivated, and a desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Local candidates within a maximum of 45 miles from Temecula , CA
