Mergers & Acquisitions Manager:
Managing a staff of up to four senior analysts in a matrix structure within the Mergers and Acquisitions department, this Vice President level individual will:

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance (Corporate Reporting, Financial Reporting)
  • Recent experience working in the banking industry or performing relevant work on behalf of banking clients
  • 3+ years of experience supervising Financial Analysts
  • Advanced financial modeling experience
  • Excellent writing communication skills

Ideal Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS degree with emphasis on finance and accounting
  • CPA designation
  • Prior mergers and acquisitions experience
  • Prior exposure to regulatory and economic capital concepts as they relate to banking
