Investment Banker / Venture Capital/ CFO – Telecommute, Commission only

Will serve as an Investment Banker / Venture Capital Specialist / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a revenue generating company involved in education and leading edge technology. Our client is developing multiple products / potential revenue streams, and are just a few months away from their initial product launch. One of their proofs of concept has shown to improve learning 400% over traditional teaching methods.

The person in this role will be tasked with lining up investment capital via angel investors, private placements, equity investment, etc.

This is a great opportunity to work with some of the greatest minds in education and technology, and alter the way future generations learn and excel.

Requirements include a proven record of success in acquiring funding through a variety of resources and contacts. Experience in dealing with education, internet or technology oriented ventures is helpful, but not required.

This is a COMMISSION ONLY position initially, with the possibility of rolling into a full time position based on your success in helping to secure funding, and your desire to be involved in day-to-day financial aspects of the company

Compensation includes COMMISSION/equity participation.
