Developing and managing Market Trainers to effectively deliver the elements of the Training Roadmaps • Hiring, training, developing and managing Market Trainers to effectively deliver the elements of the Training Roadmaps • Communicating with sales management to develop support for the effective delivery of the training programs • Assessing training programs and implementing processes to improve the effectiveness of training initiatives • Identifying and developing new training initiatives for the direct sales channels; active involvement in writing training materials • Managing department budget to stay within designated cost parameters • Working with the Sales Training Manager to coordinate utilization of Market Trainers between regions and to ensure consistency among regions in training delivery

Requirements | •. • Understanding of training and development principles and techniques, including a minimum of five years of demonstrable related experience in classroom facilitation and curriculum development utilizing adult learning theory principles. • A minimum of five years of management experience, preferably working with a remotely based team • Understanding of the general principles of business and marketing, with special emphasis on ability to incorporate and communicate with sales individuals. • Excellent oral communications skills, including formal presentations and group facilitation. • Highly refined analytical and human relations skills • Excellent written communications skill • The ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
