This position is responsible for coordination of and adherence to contractual requirements for all assigned purchase orders and contracts. This includes post award overall contract or purchase order review for compliance, administration, terms and conditions, delivery scheduling and internal coordination between Sales, Program Management, Product Management, Supply Management and Manufacturing. Responsibilities also include forecasting, tracking, and invoicing to drive for accurate and timely revenue recognition and collections. Responsible for creating and issuing RMA's for customer returns and internal order numbers. Position will involve working with international orders requiring Export compliance documentation
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- 3 years related work experience
- Knowledge of contracts/projects
- Experience with customer service
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience with Export
