General Summary: The Clinic Supervisor coordinates, and manages the activities of the clinic. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
Required: Current Oregon RN licensure and CPR certification. Knowledge of Oregon State Nurse Practice Act and Code of Ethics for Nurses. 3-5 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting. 1-3 years in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting. Knowledge of nursing and medical assistant policies and procedures, medical office policies and procedures, and human resources management practices.
Preferred: BSN/MSN Degree.
