Returns Administrator
Electrical Equipment Company (EECO) is a full line electrical distributor searching for a qualified professional to become the Returns Administrator for our multiple locations. Reporting to the Returns Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for: return paperwork in internal system/SX; keeping track of status of RGA's until credit has been issued; request RGA's from vendors and managing restock fees; performing other functions relating to our Returns Department. The position would benefit most from a person with past warehouse or electrical industry experience, multi-tasking and excellent time management skills, problem-solving abilities, working knowledge of SX, SAP, PASSPORT and SIMAN, plus a clean driving record and valid Virginia driver's license. Sales experience is very desirable. Self-motivation and detail orientation, resourcefulness, superior communication skills and professional manner are necessary job components.
