Sr Analyst, Business Process Improvement - 31406
Description
As part of our US Financial Shared Services team, we are looking for a Senior Analyst to lead functional efforts and/or play a defined role in cross-functional or global projects that improve the delivery capability of Boston Scientific’s Shared Service operation including the building and on going improvements of service management processes within the shared services. In addition you will identify, assess, and implement process improvement and service management opportunities with key functional supervisors or managers and business owners using Lean Six Sigma; creates business cases which support the change, develops functional work plans for the analysis, redesign and implementation/transition; manages the effort working with project teams comprised of functional staff through the full life cycle of implementation.
Key requirements include
· Working with businesses and other shared service leaders to identify and prioritize operational improvement initiatives as they relate to increasing BSC shareholder value. Projects should focus on increasing service capability offered by the shared services organization working as a team member on larger projects which improve global delivery capabilities.
· Leading a small project teams by develop well-structured work plans, quantify project findings and synthesize results, document and present project conclusions to businesses, functions and management and facilitate the successful implementation of project recommendations
The qualified candidate will have Full life-cycle Business process improvement methodology (including lean six sigma), ERP experience (SAP preferred), and functional knowledge of a major business process (eg. order to cash, procure to pay, record to report). Prior experience leading a functional project through the full life-cycle is also a requirement.
Experience in a shared services model including process mapping, service management, operational metrics and scorecards, change management, business case development
Superior problem solving skills, leadership qualities, communication and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills required.
