Description:

Support development of AN/SPY-1, AN/TPY-2, and other US Navy and Missile Defense Agency ballistic missile defense capable radars via analysis and simulation. Analyze the performance of Ballistic Missile Defense System radars to support system development, risk reduction, ground and flight tests, and mission planning. Provide recommendations for radar development and operations to sponsors. Participate in requirements development of high fidelity models and simulations to meet evolving needs and participate in code design, development, integration, and testing of those tools. Interface with Navy and/or MDA program offices, and contractors in area of M&S development & application as needed.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics or equivalent with experience in engineering, analysis, modeling and simulation or equivalent. Strong communications skills.
Desired: Masters degree in Engineering with three years experience in radar development and/or defense systems simulations.
