Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
- Act as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts
- Build relationships with employer/group clients (not individual members) and serve as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery
- Represent client internally and coordinate with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs, including employees who are in dedicated on-site service roles

Qualifications Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working with business partners in an account management or client facing role is required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong personal computer skills including word processing, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, professional and polished is required
- Must be able to travel overnight
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Displays a high level of initiative, explores the potential in new ideas while understanding the risk to organization
- Use rigorous logic to solve difficult customer problems with effective solutions, reaches sound business judgment and executes plan
- Develops plans that anticipate short and long term business demands
