Customer Care Team Lead: The QTI Group

Earn $14.75 per hour! QTI is seeking an experienced and articulate Customer Care Team Leader for our client located in the Appleton area. You will generally provide performance feedback to reps on a regular basis. In addition, you will be an advocate for the CCRs, helping to identify and resolve work flow concerns and day-to-day issues. The Customer Care Team Leader will act as a mentor and resource for CCRs, set service goals and expectations for the CCRs, handle business accounts, and participate in new hire interviewing team. Additional duties include: Timely and accurate completion of special projects, performance reviews, facilitation of team meetings, potential CCR candidate interviews, creating staffing schedules, and taping and monitoring calls. This is a Full Time, Contract-to-hire position. Scheduled work hours are 8:30am-5:00 pm M-F, however you must work 2 evening shifts per week from 11:30am-8:00pm. Two Saturdays per month are also required.

A High School Diploma is required for this position, college degree preferred. You must have good interpersonal and leadership skills as well as show initiative. The ability to delegate responsibility and follow up effectively is required too. You must have 3-4 years experience in a call center environment with at least one year as a lead or supervisor. Must be good at prioritizing and multi-tasking.
