POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner with respect and dignity and provides primary support to the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Surgery Director. Minimum High School education Min. three (3) years general office (preferably in healthcare/accounting) and preferably one year minimum billing experience in hospital setting; fluent in English language skills (written and verbal). Typing minimum 55 words per minute with accuracy; preferably experienced in billing and Insurance, Medical, Medicare, AB-99, CHIP claims reviews. LA City Fire Card. AIS, ICD-9 and E-Code Coding Systems; Microsoft Word, Excel
