The Project Manager, IT Business Systems serves as a lead project management resource within the organization. The incumbent will utilize their knowledge and skills regarding healthcare systems installations to assess and recommend processes for implementation along with participation in application selection and lifecycle management standards development. The PM leads staff and stakeholders throughout the project process and is responsible for proactively identifying changes in work scope and ensuring appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external resources to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets. The Project Manager will report to IT Director, and will serve as backup in his/her absence.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in IS or related field, or equivalent professional experience required. Master's Degree preferred. Min 5 years information technology experience, with over 7 years project management experience required. Project management experience in healthcare environment preferred. PM certification preferred.
