Description

The successful candidate will be involved in design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal power management IC’s. Design activities include definition, design, simulation, layout verification and characterization.

• Types of circuits involved:

o Linear regulators

o Switching regulators

o Charge-pump regulators

o Battery chargers

o D-to-A and A-to-D converters

o Serial interfaces

• Including the following functional blocks:

o Amplifiers and feedback control circuitry

o Power output stages

o Voltage and current reference circuitry

o Temperature sensors

o Analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters

• IC applications include:

o Cell Phones

o Digital Cameras

o Mobile Internet Devices

o Portable Video Gaming

o Laptops

Requirements

MSEE with 5+ years of experience designing power and mixed-signal IC’s.
