Business Analyst with channels and services experience at Cisco: Del Oro Consulting, Inc.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with indirect channels and services experience for our client Cisco Systems in San Jose.

The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities and business acumen and is comfortable working across teams and communicating with individual contributors up to senior directors. The following skills are required to successfully fill this role:

• Microsoft Excel and Access proficiency
• Understanding of Business Objects and database querying
• Understanding of key service business drivers, particularly as they relate to indirect channels
• Comfortable identifying, gathering, reporting, and tracking strategic business metrics
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights

This individual should be self-motivated, with strong planning and time management capabilities, and is proactive at identifying and addressing potential issues. The ideal candidate would also possess the following traits:

• Experience with indirect channels
• Management consulting and/or business analytics background
• Strong interest in growing the indirect market for Cisco Services
