The Clerical/Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service through exemplary and positive communication skills, as well as executing administrative duties primarily focused on record keeping and documentation and assisting management to ensure office operations are executed efficiently
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Customer Service through multi-line phone system and office walk-ins. • Reconcile daily sales figures and input into EXCEL financial reports • Assist in getting sales out the door • Update and maintain sales bookings and scheduling • Input data for payroll system • Input recorded distribution stats • Assemble and send Mailings upon request • Input reservations, print manifests and tickets • Operate basic office functions, including faxing, filing, copying, mailing packages • Successfully complete other task assigned by manager/management Competencies & Requirements: • Outstanding Verbal and non-verbal communication skills with colleagues and guests • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job • High comfort level working on a computer, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Word and Excel • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation • Work schedule may require evening or weekend hours • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
