Job Description
Litigation paralegals for busy practices. Must have strong experience working with large document productions. Trial preparation experience is also a big plus. Opportunity to attend trial. Ability to cite check, shepardize and blue book are ideal skills for these positions, but not necessary. Must be flexible for significant paid overtime. Some flexibility for travel is also required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct document productions
  • Legal research
  • Case management in many cases
  • Trial preparation

Job Qualifications

  • A four year college degree is required in most cases; additional paralegal cartificate is a large plus.
  • Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Must have heavy document production experience
  • Team player
  • Flexibility for heavy overtime and some travel
