SVP of Human Resources: Golds Gym International, Inc

Once in a lifetime opportunity for a dynamic human resources professional with strong generalist background. The successful candidate will be “hands on” and have senior level experience in a service, retail or fitness industry. Must have demonstrated record of influencing results through development of a strong company culture. Ability to service multi-units with a lean and efficient organization. A proven leader who is flexible, service oriented and able to advise the Executive team on human resource matters. Able to anticipate and respond to rapidly evolving business needs.

Position based in Irving Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required - Human Resources or related field preferred
• Previous Human Resources experience of 10-12 years
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management experience
• Experience in working with 2,000+ employees
• Knowledge of employee relations, training/development, compensation/benefit administration, performance management, organizational development and change management.

Candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong professional demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
