PTE Staff Assistant Job Description: Seeking a Staff Assistant for our Anaheim POWER Testing & Energization (PTE) office. Qualified candidates must possess these minimum qualifications: proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Adobe, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; superb written and verbal communication skills; must exemplify a positive attitude, be able to work well in a fast paced, high energy environment, and be detail oriented with excellent organization skills. Candidates must also have the ability to proof read and/or edit documents and must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. Minimum education/experience: must have a High School diploma and previous experience in an administrative or clerical role. Previous shipping and receiving duties and experience in a construction environment is highly beneficial. Duties will include, but are not limited to: document control, corresponding with internal and external customers/clients and vendors, tracking incoming and outgoing deliveries, data entry, filing, and assisting our field team with miscellaneous duties and tasks.
