Human Resources Operational Manager (Tri-Lingual)

General Description:

Reporting Specialist for Americas HRS&P Reporting Team with focus on Caribbean and Latin America countries. Candidate will be responsible for headcount & force movement reporting along with ad hoc requests and data quality initiatives. Candidate should have excellent technical, language, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work with associates in HR and Finance across multiple countries.

Skills

· Advanced data analysis and reporting skills

· Advanced use of MS Excel and MS Access

· General experience with MS Outlook, WinZip, and VBA scripting

· Language fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish, English, and Portuguese

· Ability to extract, organize, and manipulate large amounts of data

· Experience using Business Objects or other large system reporting tools

· General HR and Finance knowledge · Familiarity with Data Privacy concepts

· Knowledge of SAP OM/PA and PeopleSoft
