Physical Therapist, $5000 Sign-on Bonus offered to eligible Physical Therapists



Department: Physical Therapy


Job Duties: Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy for patients.


Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the APTA. Licensed in the State of Oklahoma as Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved American Heart Association training program or CPR for the Professional Rescuer from the American Red Cross. Valid Oklahoma driver's license.

Pay Range: Commensurate with Experience, $5000 Sign-on Bonus offered to eligible Physical Therapists
