Job Description

At Siemens IT Solutions & Services, Inc. (http://www.it-solutions.usa.siemens.com), PC Technicians demonstrate an ability to interface and consult with all levels of Management and interface with Customer contacts, as a Strategic Business Partner. Each has a proven history of generating outstanding business results.

In this role, you will:

Meed to have 3-4 years on-site, break fix support of desktop and laptop systems in a Windows XP environment.
Primary tasks will include, but not limited to extensive daily/weekly/monthly reporting and asset management on IMAC/Inventory/Disposals back to customer and management.

Additional Requirements:

A+ certification
DELL experience preferred
PC imaging experience required
Provide support for network services
Perform some printer repair
Perform processing of service calls via customer ticketing system - Siebel.
