Position Description:
Positions in this function are involved in developing and implementing efficient and effective audit plans for new systems and/or enhancements. Includes understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Reviews the work of others. Specifically, this employee will be responsible to audit the Customer Data Control/Data Governance registry tool entries of Care Solutions staff and provide SME support
  • Develops innovative approaches

  • Serves as a leader/mentor

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience gathering and analyzing data
  • 2+ years proficiency in MS Office Access and Excel
  • 2+ years experience in the Health Care Industry (health care delivery)
  • 2+ years HIPAA regulations and requirements pertaining to PHI
  • 3+years Presentation experience with leadership
  • Knowledge of Information Technology terminology and processes

Assets:

Teaching or training experience

Fulfillment and/or print vendor experience
