Technical Lead (Blue Team)

We are currently seeking a Technical Lead.


Every day our Technical Lead

  • Implement systems components or systems using relevant technologies and methodologies – primarily web sites, emails and other interactive development initiatives
  • Work with clients and project team members to develop and document requirements
  • Transform requirements into high level software designs
  • Develop necessary technical documentation including technical specifications
  • Oversee technical architecture and development for projects at a tactical and strategic level
  • Establish project resource requirements and work with resource manager to manage allocation according to skill level required for specific tasks
  • Manage software release cycles including source control, solution packaging and deployment Mentor web and software developers
  • Participate in presales efforts including RFP/RFI response, concept development, pitch presentations and demos
  • Act as primary technical liaison with Application Development and the project teams
  • Participate in project and team meetings as required Work effectively with client support and project team to resolve implementation issues


MINIMUM Qualifications: The Technical Lead must have the requisite education expertise as well as outstanding communication skills. They must have excellent motivational drive, ability to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and desire to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Must be self motivated and adaptable to change. The Technical Lead may be required to travel.

MINIMUM Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or closely related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of internet application development experience with 2 years of “hands on” team lead experience
  • Extensive knowledge of internet application development including HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
  • Experience with Relational Database concepts, design and development
  • Experience with Documentum or other Content Management Systems a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interface with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a technical solution development effort
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to work effectively as an individual as well as within a team
