Service Sales Manager - Building Automated Controls: Swafford Resources

Established, Fortune 100, growing total building solutions company with over 100 offices nationwide is seeking two Service Sales Managers to oversee their Building Automated Controls service business - one for their Houston, TX area branch and one for their Dallas, TX area branch.

Successful candidates should have a proven record of growing controls service sales business, hire, manage and develop sales teams. This individual must have drive, energy, ambition, and impact to influence customers to a positive outcome. Responsibilities include manages the overall service sales function including contributions toward profitability, growth, and plan achievement in the branches. Ensures sales personnel provide effective high quality solutions to meet customer objectives through sales of company's products and services. Teams with other divisions to provide total customer sales and solutions in integrated security solutions, fire and building automation.

Minimum 5 years of sales management or business development experience selling building automated controls solutions to commercial accounts. Proven success managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
