Golden Corral Associate Manager



Hospitality Manager -- In this key Guest Relations management role , the Hospitality Manager is responsible for insuring a pleasurable dining experience. Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, while insuring staffing and training of the service team.


Kitchen Manager -- In this key Food Production management role, the kitchen manager ensures that Golden Corral procedures, systems recipes and products are of the highest level of quality for Golden Corral guests. Key Responsibilities include controlling food cost, receiving management and inventory control, while ensuring staffing and training of the kitchen team.


*At least 2 years salaried Restaurant Manager background

*Experience in family casual dining, cafeteria, Full Service or Buffet preferred

*A record of no more than 3 employers in the last 7 years

*Ability to meet strict Alcohol and pass a Drug Test

* A desire to work in a high-paced, high volume environment
