Motes Consulting Group, Inc is a recruiting firm exclusively representing engineering consultants nationwide. The following positions describe a high priority search and client will interview qualified candidates ASAP

We are seeking to fill two positions and the description applies to both. Preferred location is Los Angeles or San Diego. Both positions are for Civil Infrastructure Design Project Managers . One position requires 10-15 or so years of experience and the other is more senior and requires 15-20 plus years of experience. CA PE and BSCE required with MS preferred.

  • The successful candidate will have spent the majority of their career as a consultant in the detailed design and project management of large civil / municipal infrastructure projects. Projects would include all civil site development and design of large diameter water transmission pipelines, sanitary sewer collection systems and pump stations. Candidate should also have a solid understanding of treatment plans and processes. Successful candidate will be able to lead a multi discipline design team in the production of plans and specifications and mentor and train junior technical staff. Client management and some BD as well as participation in the development of proposals will also be required.
  • Must understand the use of AutoCAD and / or Microstation in producing designs
