We need SOLID managers who want to join part of a SOLID concept that is 50 years young and still growing. Specifically, we’re looking for General Managers to be part of the opening management team at one of the new stores in the Tallahassee market. The locations in Tallahassee will belong to the largest IHOP franchise- Sunshine Restaurant Partners- which operates over 160 IHOP locations throughout Florida and South Georgia .

Additionally, qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications:
s 2 to 5 years prior experience in the restaurant industry
s Minimum 1 to 2 yrs+ experience in Restaurant Management or General Management (depending upon position of interest)
s Restaurant Opening and Restaurant Training experience is a plus.
