Customer Service Representative (Bilingual-Spanish)

Our Appleton area client is looking to add a new Customer Service Representative to its team. A Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service on incoming calls from customers. This will be a temp-to-hire full time position with some evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and resolve all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Educate members, customers and clients so they can better help themselves.
• Ensure that a correct and complete answer is given to all questions.
• Help enforce department procedures and follow federal regulations as well as confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in continuous training activities and miscellaneous projects as they come up.

Qualifications:
• One or more years of experience in a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and, type 40 or more words per minute.
• Strong problem solving and research skills. Ability to recognize and suggest process improvements.
