MANGERS AND TRAINEES…

• Motivated leaders who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their people.
• Responsible for the overall store operations. Manage all areas of recruiting, hiring, training and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular wall counts, maintaining red-line accuracy and achieve expected levels of return on all inventory investments.
• Work with area businesses on commercial/industrial accounts and developing new business.
• Effectively manage Accounts Receivable by invoicing promptly and accurately, collecting payments according to guidelines, and following up with customers.
• Must have the desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Education and 2+ year retail experience.
• Sales Experience – Retail and Industrial is helpful. Footwear experience a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with sound decision making capabilities.
• Enforce the company’s policies and procedures.
• Enjoy meeting, serving and interacting with customers.
• Dependability and flexibility. Understanding of “retail” hours.
• Demonstrate problem solving skills that yield results.
• Effective communication skills with all levels including store employees, Regional Manager and corporate office.
• Ensure the effective presentation of merchandise and store cleanliness.
• Computer – Basic Knowledge.
• Valid Drivers License and Background Check
• Move objects – lift, carry, push, pull up to 40 lbs.
