Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. This position is also responsible for processing claims and debit card substantiation for the flexible spending products based on the IRS regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Moderate work experience within own function
  • Some work is completed without established procedures
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others
  • Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of call center experience required
  • 2+ years of telephone customer service experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel preferred
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
