Software QA responsibilities for leading Unified Communications Solutions



We are seeking a highly motivated individual passionate about playing a critical role in our design validation organization. The incumbent for this position will be responsible for building and executing testing strategies and test cases for ShoreTel's ShoreWare products.. The ShoreTel solution includes server side applications, client side user interface, system administration interface, and VOIP gateways. The incumbent will be responsible for writing testing strategies, writing testcases, and executing testcases.

Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a member of a QA team.
Candidate must have experience in Software QA processes and procedures.
Candidate must have experience in VoIP products.
Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Windows technologies
Candidate must have experience in testing real-time systems.
Candidate must demonstrate skills in making technical tradeoffs and prioritizing tasks.


Education:
BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a related technical field is required.
