Optical Retail Lab Technician: National Vision, Inc.

Summary:

Under direct supervision, prepare eyeglass wear to patients and customers (technical work). Responsible for producing customized eyeglass wear, make repairs of eyeglass wear, and provided minor equipment maintenance by performing the following duties.

Ø Customer Service/Technical

§ Obtains job orders from sales team; clarifies all jobs requested to ensure accuracy.

§ Completes all jobs consistent with one-hour service commitment provided inventory is adequately stocked.

§ Notifies Manager on duty of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders incorrect lenses, etc.

§ Performs other related duties as directed by manager

Education/Experience:
