Contracting Engineering Consultants, an AISC Certified Structural Steel Fabrication Company located in Morgantown, WV seeks a highly driven and motivated General Manager to oversee all aspects of the company.

General Manager

Responsibilities:

Effectively and efficiently manage all employees and operations, lead business development, estimating and cost control, manage multiple projects, oversee all detailing operations, and create relationships with existing and new clients.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate and motive others, must have strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills, Must be proficient in computer software programs and FABTROL, Must be familiar with AutoCAD and Tekla Structures, Minimum 10 Years in the steel fabrication industry with 5 years in a senior manager position, Working Knowledge of AISC, AWS, and OSHA, Engineering or Construction Management Degree required.
