Customer Service Supervisor - Wausau, WI
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree and/or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of prior supervisory or team lead experience is required
- Familiarity of HR policies and procedures required: coaching, mentoring hiring/ firing, reviews etc.
- 2+ years experience working with ICD-9 and CPT required
- 2+ years MS Office required (Word and Excel)
- CPS platform experience required
- 2 + years of processing physician and hospital claims experience is strongly preferred
