We currently have the following staff opportunities:

1) Supervisor- Pathology / Histology - To work in concert with the Laboratory Director and Manager to provide services to meet patient needs as ordered by medical staff and performed in accordance with accepted standards and practices in the areas of Surgical Pathology and Cytology. Directly supervisors 15 - 25 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Develops and maintains quality assurance program for Anatomic Pathology. Maintains reports, records and specimens as required by regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Requires - Master's degree (Pathologist Assistant) or equivalent; minimum of five years combined technical and supervisory experience.

2) CVOR (Open Heart) Surgical Technologist - requires prior experience as an open heart / CV surgical tech.

3) Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - 2 shifts open - one is full time days / eves 1pm - 9pm and the other is full time eves 3pm - 11pm. Requires ARDMS and 2+ yrs of experience.

4) Medical Technologist MT/MLT - nights, 11am - 7pm. Requires: MT or MLT

5) Coder - Performs ICD-9, CM and CPT coding of outpatient medical records. Requires: Certification in current coding certificate course. Minimum 6 months outpatient coding experience.
