Night Audit / Front Desk Sales Agent

  • Qualified candidate must have 1-2 years experience in hospitality sales and/or have an education equivalent to.
  • Must have a dynamic, energetic, professional, accommodating personality and be willing to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and graveyard.
  • Must be proficient in computers, internet and email.
  • Qualified candidate must be proficient with all sales efforts, customer service, guests' resolution, accounting, cashiering, telephone etiquette, and other hotel services.
  • Must succeed at "Signature" sales initiatives and dress in business professional attire.
  • Support and train new staff members and communicate regularly with all other department heads.
  • Represent ISIS Hospitality properties first and foremost when we are unable to meet a potential clients needs.
  • The Supervisor, Front Office Manager and/or General Manager may determine all other responsibilities at anytime.
