Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the employees with day to day issues.
  • Assist management with staffing planning and recruiting to fill open positions Implements performance management and improvement systems.
  • Assists with organization development.
  • Assures the company is in compliance with legislation.
  • Conducts employee orientation, development, and training;
  • Manages employee relations;
  • Manages employee services and counseling;
  • Work to resolve employee relation issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews for terminated employees.
  • Responsible for providing employee changes to payroll.
  • Other assignments as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree PHR/SPHR Preferred
  • Experience supporting non-exempt employees preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience
  • Ability to communicate with impact
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
