This includes developing and sustaining Sales Pipeline levels as required by Sales Management. Responsible for developing and maintaining high level contacts with Enterprise Prospects and Accounts. Establish executive relationships, position the value of Black Box, and develop the Black Box Strategic Account plan that results in the sale of solutions for the customers business issues. Facilitates as well as participates in communications and coordination between all Black Box resources so that selling is accomplished within the Black Box Sales Model. Proactively Seeks new Enterprise Account prospects. Proactively works to ensure the highest possible level of prospect/customer involvement, satisfaction, and partnering within Enterprise Accounts with Black Box. Skills/Requirements: Experienced Professional 7+ years. Proven business development methods. A track record of consistent sales quota achievement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team of sales, engineering and operations. PC skills that allow the use of electronic tools and reporting as well as Microsoft Office for proposals and presentations. Internet and web skills to maximize utilization of vendor sites for education and information. Past sales training or equivalent experience utilizing Strategic/ Conceptual Selling, Impax or Financial Selling.
