APPLICATIONS ANALYST/ DEVELOPER

Clark Public Utilities is a customer-owned electric and water utility in Vancouver committed to providing outstanding service to our customers. We are recruiting to fill an Applications Analyst/Developer position with this same commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include analysis and programming of client server based solutions for Utility business processes involving documenting, designing, and developing solutions to meet defined business needs. Candidates must have thorough knowledge in using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net Framework toolset- C#, ASP.Net, Winforms, and SQL Server database programming. Two plus years of college level courses in Computer Science or Business Systems Analysis or three plus years experience in developing and maintaining client server based applications. Demonstrated problem solving abilities and communication skills.
