Switchboard Operator needed for our Albany Family Practice Group!



Full time Switchboard Operator needed in our Albany Family Practice Group. Responsibilities include answering all incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Must take messages as required. Portrays a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with patients, physicians, co-workers and external facilities. Communications / telephone experience in a medical office preferred. Clear communication, good public relations skills and flexibility needed. Hours are M-F, 8:30-5pm.
