    ITW Drawform a technological leader and world class manufacturer of precision deep drawn metal components is now seeking candidates for the following positions:
Quality Engineer The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering with Quality Engineering experience in an automotive environment. In addition, a strong knowledge of TS 16949, FMEA, SPC, PPAP's and APQP is required. Proven leadership and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with customers is a must. Eyelet, Progressive or Transfer Die Toolmakers (2nd & 3rd shifts) Preferred candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting production issues, coupled with the creativity and ability to arrive at solutions. Experience in setting up and maintaining eyelet or progressive dies, along with the ability to maintain the quality and efficiency of production presses is required. Background in new tool developments or prototyping is a plus, but not essential: journeyman status or equivalent experience is desirable. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast paced, team atmosphere producing high volume, tightly toleranced, safety related components for the automotive industry. Machine Operators - 2nd & 3rd shift Responsible for operating production equipment and monitoring product for quality standards, as well as other production related duties. Previous manufacturing experience along with the ability to lift 40-60 lbs. and perform basic math is important: a verifiable work history and solid attendance is a must. The ability to use precision measuring tools for gauging and inspection and a working knowledge of SPC and blueprint reading is a plus. A high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience is required. A Career Readiness Certificate (silver level or above) would be a definite plus.
