Reservationist duties include and are not limited to registering guest, making and confirming reservations for spa treatments and suites, and collecting payments while meeting customer satisfaction. Candidates must be willing to learn resort protocol and standards to make reservations. Previous customer service skills are a plus. Must have good phone etiquette, attention to detail and computer skills. Candidates must be reliable, dependable and flexible. Candidates with entry-level skills will be considered. Schedule varies, must be flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends. Working hours could vary depending on the resorts needs.
