Job Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years restaurant management or fast-paced retail management experience
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass criminal background check and drug-screen
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Meet financial objectives by monitoring controllables
- Maintain operations by following policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and retain crew members
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Must be able to accept responsibility and accomplish goals
