Responsibilities:

• Contact members by phone to resolve payment issues and follow up to ensure proper collections
• Maintain records of contact and agreements with members regarding their past due accounts
• Prepare letters, reconcile customer accounts and provide reporting to management using Microsoft Word and Excel and other appropriate software
• Maintain positive relations in all collections activity
• Ability to multi-task yet still be efficient and productive
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous collections experience a plus

Candidates must -

• Have predictive dialer experience
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Be computer proficient in MS Windows, Word, and Excel
• Be detail oriented and customer service oriented
• Be a well organized, self-starter and able to multi-task
• Have High School Diploma/GED
