Completing outbound/inbound calls to process medical supply orders for our diabetic patients.



CCS Medical is a leader in the home delivery of medical supplies and we invite you to apply for the PATIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE position in our Roanoke Call Center and start your career.

What we need: Individuals with stable work history, excellent customer service skills (preferably call center/medical/insurance), computer skills.

Schedule*: one weekend day and evenings until 9:00 pm

Sunday – Thursday (Fri/Sat off)

Tuesday – Saturday (Sun/Mon off)

(*subject to availability)

Requirements:

2+ years customer service / inside sales experience preferred. Strong analytical and computer (Word, Excel) skills required. Individuals with insurance / medical / bilingual backgrounds are highly desirable. A full background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.
